公司法学专业依托学校强大的信息网络技术优势，培养系统掌握法学理论知识，熟悉我国法律和党的相关政策，熟悉信息网络的发展规律和趋势，熟悉我国现行有关通信、信息网络和电子商务方面的有关法律法规的复合型的高级法律人才。
本专业系统地学习法理学、中国法制史、宪法、行政法与行政诉讼法、民法、商法、知识产权法、经济法、刑法、民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法、国际法、国际私法、国际经济法、网络法、电信法、电子商务法、法律思想史等课程。此外，本专业还设置有通信认识实习、法律事务见习、法律实践、社会调查、模拟法庭、专业实习、毕业设计等实践教学环节。本专业修业年限为四年，学生在修完培养计划所规定的全部学分并考试合格后，将被授予法学学士学位。
2010年成功获批法学一级学科硕士点，现下设6个研究方向：民商法、电信法、国际法、网络法、知识产权法、金融法。
本专业培养的毕业生具有运用法学理论和方法分析和解决信息网络问题的基本能力，具有比较扎实的计算机应用基础知识和能力，以及熟练的外语能力，能在国家机关、企事业单位和社会团体等单位从事相关工作。
The Law Program
The Law Program is committed to fostering law graduates of high caliber and with interdisciplinary background. Drawing on the expertise of Internet technology offered by our university, the faculty leads students to have a good command of legal theories and knowledge, thoroughly understand Chinese law and policies, track the development of Internet and to know full well laws and regulations in relation with Telecommunications, Internet and E-commerce.
Our program seeks to provide students with a well-rounded legal education through an rigorous four-year curriculum covering jurisprudence, history of Chinese Legislation Constitution, administrative law and administrative litigation law, civil law, commercial law, intellectual property protection law, economic law, criminal law, civil litigation law, international law, private international law, cyber space law, telecommunications law, E-commerce law, history of legal thoughts and so on. In addition, the curriculum is also designed to help students put what they have learnt in practice by providing internship programs and holding moot court competitions.
In 2010, we were entitled to provide master degree programs in six sub-fields: civil and commercial law, telecommunications law, international law, cyber space law, intellectual property protection law, and financial law.
We strive to equip our students with professional competence in applying legal theories and methodologies to solving Internet-related problems, solid computer skills, and proficiency in foreign languages. And our ultimate goal is to cultivate qualified graduates who would make great contributions to legal profession.
